We would like to say a huge thank you to the team of volunteers from Worcester-based Hewett Recruitment, who gave up their Jubilee weekend to help redecorate rooms at the hostel.

Felicity James, Housing Manager said:

“Creating an environment that supports psychological safety and contributes to a person’s emotional growth is very important to the way we now work here at St Paul’s” and she added “with the demand on our rooms at an all-time high, we are very grateful for the help of the team from Hewett who were able to do this a short notice. Their efforts have created a practical difference to the people who will move in later this week”

The recruitment agency recently named St Pauls Hostel as their charity of the year, and these maintenance efforts are just one of the many ways in which they are supporting the hostel.

Laura Hewett, Owner, and Director at Hewett Recruitment commented:
“St Pauls is such a great charity partner for us – it’s refreshing for our team to be able to help in such a practical way, as well as the usual fundraising. We are also looking to support them with our recruitment knowledge – offering residents a series of employment workshops”.
