Securing funding is difficult for all charities, particularly small charities like ours, yet this is a vital area of work in order for us to continue to help people ‘live through homelessness’ There are a number of ways that you can help us to generate much needed funds.
Donate Online
You can make single donation or become a regular donor. This can be done either through JustGiving or by completing our Standing Order form.
By making a regular donation, your gift will contribute to our mission of helping people live through homelessness.
GiftAid
Gift Aid is a tax relief allowing UK charities to reclaim an extra 25% in tax on every eligible donation made by a UK taxpayer. When you donate, you’ll be asked to confirm whether or not you are a UK taxpayer. Please note that Gift Aid can only be reclaimed on donations made by individuals who pay UK income or capital gains tax at a rate at least equal to the amount reclaimed on their donations in the current tax year. If in doubt, please contact us.
Leave a gift in your Will
A gift in your will has the power to change lives and leave a Legacy. Please contact us if you wish to discuss things in more detail.
We’ve partnered with Free Wills to provide all our supporters with the opportunity to make their own fully comprehensive Will for free. Fundraise for us
Why not hold your own fundraising event. Ideas could include a office cake sale, pub quiz, silent disco, donate in aid of a special birthday or anniversary. Whatever your idea, we will do what we can to help promote the event and provide information that may be useful to promote the cause.
Another way to fundraise is to take on a challenge such as skydiving, abseiling, running, walking events or set your own challenge. If you want to talk about fundraising for St Paul’s please contact our Fundraising Manager Annamarie.balram@stpaulshostel.co.uk.
