June Update

It is amazing how quickly the year is going and here we are heading into summer. The weather is doing its best to remind us that it is not quite summer yet. The team has been working extremely hard over recent months working with the very vulnerable people that are our residents. They remain dedicated and are always there to help our residents.  Stepping into the Interim CEO role since April has been challenging yet rewarding and again the team has been very supportive.

We are moving quickly to appoint a new CEO and hope to have further news very soon.

A general election is coming soon. It is worth noting that both main parties have committed to ending rough sleeping. It didn’t happen in this Parliament which is disappointing. I do hope that there is cross party support to end rough sleeping and a commitment to give some of the most vulnerable people in society more of the support they undoubtedly need.
