Working together

We are committed to working together using the Worcester Cares Principles which are:

Commit to unanimous, principled and value based decision making on all key issues.

Consult widely where changes to our own or others services or new services are considered necessary in order that services operate cooperatively as ‘a system’.

Adopt a culture of ‘no fault, no blame’ between partners and seek to avoid disputes.

Be abundantly generous in word and deed, always encourage, support and foster a culture of deep collaboration and mutual respect.

To make decisions on Best for Person basis not best for worker or best for organisation or service.

Droitwich Community Pantry and Fridge

Droitwich Community Pantry rescues surplus food to support the local community, including St Paul’s residents and WIISH project participants. Their long-standing partnership ensures vital food donations and community care.

Worcester City Council collaborates with St Paul’s to address local needs, fostering partnerships and initiatives that enhance community well-being and support vulnerable populations.

Fort Royal Group

Fort Royal Group hosts weekly community meetings in the park, fostering connection and collaboration to support local residents and their well-being.

WODDAS

WODDAS is a groundbreaking pilot project led by Cranstoun, St Paul’s, and academic partners to prevent fatal overdoses. Using wearable technology, the initiative detects vital sign changes and alerts staff to provide life-saving care, transforming overdose prevention.

A free, all-in-one resource hub for everything non-profits need. With a thriving community of 50,000 members and growing by 3,500 each month, we are proud to be the largest and fastest-growing charity network in the UK.

The Forge

The Forge is a Pupil Referral Unit in Redditch offering therapeutic, trauma-informed education for young people aged 11–16. Its approach blends learning with emotional development, helping students build resilience, confidence, and core social skills. St Paul’s and The Forge collaborate closely to align policy, staff training, and support for those facing early adversity.

Housing First is a proven approach that provides stable housing and tailored, unconditional support to help individuals rebuild their lives, widely adopted globally and increasingly implemented across England since 2010.

Institute of Fundraising

The Chartered Institute of Fundraising, the professional body dedicated to excellence in fundraising, proudly includes St Paul's as a member operating within its Code of Fundraising Conduct.

Pebblebeach

Is a full-service fundraising agency, we partnered with St Paul’s to help shape their first long-term fundraising strategy. Collaborating closely with their dedicated team, we laid the groundwork to grow their impact and sustainability. We’re proud to support the vital work they do and the incredible people they serve.

TPS have worked closely with St Paul’s for a number of years across multiple projects, supporting with brand, strategy and digital. Worcestershire Ambassadors

St Paul’s receive funding through WA events like their Annual Fundraising Ball and Strictly Come Dancing. A raffle on the night was also match-funded by Barclays, doubling its impact. The partnership helped fund vital services for people facing homelessness.

Zentano were St Paul’s first corporate partner, bringing experienced business coaches, mentors, and facilitators into our team. Their insight and leadership expertise have helped us strengthen staff performance, particularly in coaching residents and managing conflict.
