CEO announcement

Erica joins with immediate effect. She has had an extensive career in the property sector with very strong connections to Worcester. This has included being the Chair of Worcester BID and General Manager of the Crown Gate Shopping Centre.

As CEO Erica will lead the team at St Paul’s Hostel with a focus on leadership, strategy, key stakeholders, funding, compliance, governance and future improvement plans for the main Hostel building.

Commenting on her appointment, Erica said. “I am really looking forward to being back in Worcester where I have spent my happiest and most productive years helping create positive change in the city. As CEO at St Paul’s Hostel, I aim to build on existing and new partnerships to influence the national and local agenda around homelessness. The Hostel will remain a safe space for people to recover and feel valued, whilst getting professional support and a route to breaking the cycle of homelessness.”

Philip Fowler, Chair of Trustees said. “We are really excited to have Erica joining us at a very important time in the history of St Paul’s Hostel. She brings great skills and knowledge and a passion for Worcester. The Trustees and team are very much looking forward to working with Erica.”
